Cost of bringing ideas to life
RemoStudio offers a simple pricing structure to bring your visions to life, chose the starting place that suits you and upgrade your products for more complete visualization as your ideas crystalize.
The final price of the project is broken down into two payments;
- An initial 25% deposit will secure the project and cover REMO STUDIO for any cancellations before handover is complete, once payment is received an instruction will be given for the modelling to commence. The 25% payment is required to be paid within 2 days of the of approval of the consultation document, otherwise REMO STUDIO reserves the right to stop work if payment isnʼt complete and put project on hold. This could consequently impact the handover date, customer may also be at risk of project being terminated.
- The remaining 75% is to be paid in full once the project is completed and handed over to the customer. Once handover is complete the customer has 7 days to pay the remaining balance on the project. If customer fails to pay with in the required time period an email will be sent out as a reminder, the customer then has 24 hours to finalise payment. Legal action may be taken.
Customers will receive two separate emails, the initial email will be sent once approval has been given for project. This first invoice will include the 25% downpayment and marked clearly the amount that is due. The second invoice that will be sent over is for the final payment of the project, once the project has been handed over to customer and any revisions or alterations have been made then the invoice will be sent over to the customer.
Once approval is given for the project, any additional information presented by the customer to that be added into the model or parts being removed, this will be added or subtracted from the remaining 75% fee remaining. An amendment will be added to the consultation document and dated for customer reference, prices will be amended accordingly, this will be passed onto the customer so they know of the changes and the price left to pay.
All payments will be paid into REMO STUDIOʼs business account. This information will be provided to customers when they are sent the consultation document for their approval.
